In our work together, we will develop and strengthen your functional and emotional tools, to move out of survival mode and into the life you want to be living. We’ll work to identify your needs, gain insight about what is causing suffering/blocking you from your ideal life, and begin to release pain, and help you create emotional peace and freedom.
Honesty, humility, humor and compassion are transformative in therapy. I work through these pillars of support while we work to illuminate goals and move through the healing process.
My style combines psychodynamic, IFS, existential, CBT, and narrative therapies, along with humor, levity and a down-to-earth feel. I work with folks experiencing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, trauma, career stress, parenting, fertility, life transitions, addictions, self-esteem issues, OCD, eating disorders and relationship challenges.
No matter where you are in your life, you are deserving of compassionate support. Making changes and looking honestly at ourselves can be challenging, you don’t have to be alone in your journey. I’m here to offer support and thoughtful guidance as you take steps toward personal freedom, As Rumi says, “the wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
